Recipe News: Welcome spring with delicious recipes

Spring is all around. I am seeing shoots of tulips, iris, mums and sedum. My crocuses are in bloom and my dogwoods are budding.

Dare we hope rhubarb season is just around the corner? A recipe for Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - always a favorite request this time of year - from Dolores Sheffield kicks off the season this week.
