Recipe News: Fill your bowl with these super recipes

If you were going to guess which day is second only to Thanksgiving in the amount of food consumed, would you pick Super Bowl Sunday? You should, especially if guacamole is your thing. According to the California Avocado Commission, an average 12 million pounds of avocado are sold as people prepare more than eight million pounds of the tasty dip for their Super Bowl extravaganzas.
