Recipe News: Let it snow: We've got cheesecake

The plan was to take pumpkin cheesecake to the Goble family Christmas celebration earlier this month.
I'd tasted a sample of this delicacy around Thanksgiving, and quickly discovered that pumpkin and cheesecake make a mighty fine combination.

I'd started looking around for a recipe when lo and behold, an online reader from Ayer, Mass., e-mailed one to The Clueless Cook.

"My mom (Justine Chappell) and sister (Ellen Hiser) live in Lexington, and I often read the Mansfield News Journal online to see what's happening out in their area," Susan Chappell wrote in an e-mail.
