Recipe News: Recipe for Apple-Cinnamon Pancakes

These sweet pancakes have the crunch of latkes and traditionally are fried. This version of the recipe from Judy Bart Kancigor's "Cooking Jewish" cuts the oil significantly by relying on a hot oven (not oil) for most of the crisping.
