Recipe News: Reader recipe: Carrot Souffé

Gary Bravard co-hosts the weekly public-radio program Too Many Cooks! featuring in-studio and call-in interviews about food, cooking and entertaining.

In the early 1990s, Bravard received this recipe from a client in his events planning business. He passed the recipe along to a friend, who shared it with Bravard's Too Many Cooks! co-host Patti Denton in 1996.
Since then, Denton has turned to the recipe for holiday dinners. "It offers a colorful, slightly sweet addition to a menu featuring my spicy pork tenderloin, Gruyere potatoes and cranberry chutney," she says.
Broadcast live from the University of Indianapolis, Too Many Cooks! airs on WICR 88.7 FM Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10 a.m.

Includes recipe for:

  • Carrot Souffé
