Recipe News: Clam chowder recipes offer a taste of the sea

You don’t have to shell out a lot of clams to enjoy a taste of the East Coast.

These recipes for New England clam chowder, in response to a request, will transport you to the seashore, even in landlocked Fort Wayne. New England chowder, by the way, contains milk and cream. Manhattan chowder uses a tomato base.
