Recipe News: Whip up tasty meals with leftover recipes

Every week when I start pulling together the recipes I want to put into my columns, I end up with at least two or three that don’t seem to fit anywhere. They’re good recipes, great even, but they somehow seem to just miss fitting into the specific parameters of the topic.

So into the “I-don’t-know-what-to-do-with-you file” they go. They sit patiently waiting for the right column topic to present itself. Sometimes they sit for years, just waiting for their chance to shine. This week, it suddenly dawned on me that these recipes were in themselves a column.
