Recipe News: Cheesiest trend returns: Fondue recipes hot again

Sure, they were probably avocado green or harvest gold, but who cared? Fondue was fun. So sad that they fell out of favor in the early ’80s and all but disappeared from the must-have lists in the ’90s.

But wait, what goes around comes around, and the culinary world has again embraced the concept of fondue. This time around, however, there are a slew of high-tech fondue pots and upscale gourmet recipes to make the fondue experience twice as much fun as it was in the last century."
