Recipe News: Tea Recipes

"Twinings of London is celebrating its 300th anniversary this year. In honor of the special anniversary, the tea experts have worked with chefs all over the United States, include renowned chef, Fritz Sonnenschmidt, host of the TV cooking program, The Grilling Maestros (PBS) and Former Culinary Dean at The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), to develop unique dishes that include tea leaves as ingredients truly exempilifying the concept of the "marriage of tea and food."

Chef John Fuente from the Culinary and Hospitality Institute of Chicago shares some of his favorite tea-flavored dishes:"

Includes recipes for:


  • Seared Romaine Lettuce with Orange Crouton

  • Grilled Chicken Breast with Lemon Tea Asparagus

  • Green Tea Shrimp

  • Barbecue Sauce
