"Did you know Jan. 15-21 is Healthy Weight Week and January also is National Lose Weight, Feel Great Month? With many people making resolutions to lose weight and get fit, it's time for healthy cooking.

Of the many cookbooks I read and purchase over a year's time, this one is a winner. The copy I received is a second edition, which has been revised completely and updated."
