Recipe News: Recipe and baking tips from Connie Johnson

"1. After Thanksgiving, defrost freezer and organize it to prepare for Christmas goodies. 2. Before baking, rewrite recipe in easy to read format. List ingredients in order of use (demonstrated in submitted recipes). Also before baking, have all ingredients and measuring tools, bowls, etc., ready and in place. 3. When making changes to a recipe, write the changes on a post-it note and stick it to the recipe. If the changes don't pan out, you can just toss the note. If it is successful, it can be written into the recipe. I also always make note of the date when I make changes and my perception of the results the changes produce." Full article here.
