Wine News: Add wine for flavor

"Wine is the culinary masterstroke in many recipes.

It can be used in just about every stage of cooking -- to braise, baste, saute, simmer, steam, as a marinade, to finish off a little fish or to punch up a tomato sauce, said Joe Borrello, executive director Tasters Guild International, a wine and food appreciation society."
