Food News: PAPER TRAINED: Feeding people food to pet is dangerous

"Q: I have a small, 10-pound dog. Could you explain the health problems a pet might encounter from being fed "people" food or table scraps?

n Calories. While it may seem that a small piece of meat or cheese can't hurt — especially when your pet swallows it one gulp — the calories add up quickly."
