Food News: Fined dining: Could eating behind wheel earn you a ticket?

"The newest target of safety experts may be people who chow down while driving a car.

But they don't want to stop you from eating.

They just want to help you do it safely.

After all, many experts agree it would be futile to ban such activities as eating, drinking, smoking and changing a CD while driving because people are going to do it anyway, even if it can be dangerous."
