"I sure don't need to go to the gym to lift weights - I just go out to the garden and pick zucchini. Honestly, they look like they're on steroids.

Those of you who grow zucchini know they can grow to gargantuan sizes overnight. I'll be shredding the largest ones, peel and all for the freezer. This winter, the zucchini will add flavor and texture to soups, stews, muffins and breads. "
